OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
MILLER LITE - BLACKSTONE GRILL
1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must: (i) be a resident of Ontario; (ii) be of legal age to consume alcohol in your province of residence. You are not eligible to enter the contest or to win any prize at all if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), or of one of its affiliated corporations or advertising or promotional agencies, an employee of the contest supervisory body, of any participating store or of one of the prize suppliers; b) an employee or subcontractor of a provincial liquor control board, a beer distributor, a participating establishment holding a liquor licence or an organization holding a liquor licence authorized by a liquor control board; or c) a member of the immediate family (mother, father, brother, sister, child or spouse, no matter what their place of residence), or a person (related or not) living under the same roof as one of the aforementioned persons.
2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The contest begins on August 11, 2026. All entry forms must be submitted and received no later than September 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Contest Close Date”). To enter the contest, you must complete the entry form available at millerlite-blackstonegrill.concoursmolsoncoors.com (the “Contest Website”). No purchase is necessary. All required fields of the entry form must be completed unless the information is indicated as optional. Limit: one (1) entry per person. The released parties (defined below) shall not be held liable for ballots that are illegible, incomplete, lost, sent to the wrong address or late, all of which shall be considered null and void. It shall be understood, to eliminate any doubt, that you can only use one email address to enter the contest. If the Sponsor (at their exclusive and absolute discretion, based on the evidence available) discovers that a person has attempted (i) to obtain more than the maximum number of ballots indicated in these official contest rules or (ii) to use (or tried to use) several names or identities or more than one (1) email address to participate in the contest, this person may be disqualified from the contest (at the Sponsor’s exclusive and absolute discretion) and all their ballots shall be cancelled. Your ballot will be rejected (at the Sponsor’s exclusive and absolute discretion) if it is not properly filled in (if it doesn’t include all the required information), submitted and received before the deadline for registration. The use of (or an attempt to use) several names, identities, email addresses or automated or robotic systems, or programs, macros, scripts or other means to register for or participate in the contest, or to disturb it in any other fashion, is prohibited and may lead to disqualification by the Sponsor. All ballots may be subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their exclusive and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a format deemed acceptable by the Sponsor, including without limitation a government-issued photo ID) to enter the contest. Failure to present proof deemed satisfactory by the Sponsor in a timely manner may lead to disqualification.
3. PRIZES: There are five (5) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won between August 11, 2026 and September 28, 2026. Each Prize consists of one (1) Blackstone Grill with accessories, with an approximate retail value of five hundred and seventy-five Canadian dollars (CAD $575) per Prize. Only the winners will be contacted. All Prizes must be claimed within five (5) business days following the winner’s confirmation.
If the winner has not taken possession of the prize within the time indicated, the prize shall be withdrawn and the Sponsor shall have the right, though not the obligation, at their exclusive and absolute discretion and if time permits, to choose another eligible participant according to these official contest rules.
All other costs related to the events shall be the responsibility of the winner. The prizes do not include travel, lodging, parking, drinks or other additional expenses.
The prizes will be distributed exclusively at random through draws. Prizes are neither transferable nor assignable, and shall be accepted as such, with no cash or other substitution, except at the Sponsor’s entire discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their exclusive discretion, to replace a prize or a component of a prize by a prize of equivalent value if the prize or a component of the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The released parties (defined below) shall not be liable, however, if weather conditions, event cancellations or factors beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent a prize from being awarded, in whole or in part, or prevent the enjoyment thereof. In such a case, no winner shall be entitled to a replacement prize or cash equivalent. No prize shall be awarded before the winners’ names and ages are confirmed. Any return of the prize or notice that a prize cannot be delivered may lead to the disqualification of the winner and the selection of another eligible winner, under the procedures described in these official contest rules. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
4. DRAWS: The draw for the Miller Lite – Blackstone Grill (August 11 to September 28, 2026) will take place on September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) in Montreal.
The Sponsor or their designated agents shall try to advise the selected participants by email or telephone using the information provided at the time of registration. To be declared the winner of any prize, the selected participant must answer correctly, with no mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question asked on the ballot, by telephone or by email. If a selected participant: (i) cannot be reached within a period of five (5) business days following the first attempt at notification; (ii) does not answer the mathematical skill-testing question or answers it incorrectly; or (iii) does not sign or does not return to the Sponsor the declaration and release of liability in the period indicated on these forms (as the case may be); and/or (iv) cannot accept the prize for any reason whatsoever; the selected participant shall lose the prize and the Sponsor shall have the right but not the obligation, at their exclusive discretion and if time permits, to choose another eligible participant in compliance with these official contest rules. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entry forms received in accordance with these official Contest Rules.
Checking inboxes and junk mail or spam folders is the sole responsibility of each participant. The contest organizers shall not be held responsible for any communication that is not received, viewed, or acted upon by a participant due to the participant’s failure to check their inbox or junk mail or spam folder. Each participant is solely responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that communications relating to the contest are not filtered as junk or spam.
The Sponsor shall not, under any circumstances, be required to compensate any participant, replace any prize, or re-award any prize in the event that a participant misses a communication and/or fails to respond within the prescribed time limit. A finalist shall not be declared a winner unless and until all required forms or documents have been completed and returned within the required time frame and in accordance with the Sponsor’s requirements. Any compensation that may be granted by the Sponsor shall be granted solely at the Sponsor’s discretion. If granted, the nature, terms, and value of such compensation shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and may differ from the original prize, with no obligation that it be identical or of equivalent nature or value.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ETC.: Before being declared the winner of a prize, the selected participant shall sign a declaration and release of liability that (among other things): (i) confirms that these official contest rules have been followed; (ii) confirms acceptance of the prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any contest supervisory body, the provincial liquor control boards, beer distribution firms, group members of the latter, as well as all of their respective administrators, directors, owners, associates, employees, proxies, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “released parties”) from any liability with respect to this contest, to the winner’s participation in the prize, to the awarding of the prize, to the use or misuse of the prize or any part hereof; and (iv) consents to the publication, reproduction and use of their name, address, voice, statements about the contest and photographs or other representations of their person for advertising purposes led by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any media format whatsoever, including, without limitation, print media and the Internet, without prior notice, permission or other compensation. The released parties have not provided and shall not be held liable for: (i) any representation or warranty, express or tacit, in fact or in law, with respect to the prizes, such as (without limitation) any legal security, warranty of quality, market value, adaptation to any particular usage, or proper operation; (ii) shall not be held liable for any harm, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever stemming from acceptance of a prize, its use or misuse, any travel related to the prize or stemming from participation in this contest in any manner at all. The declaration and release documents shall be returned according to the deadlines indicated therein, or the prize in question shall be lost.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the scope of the limitations of liability stated in these official contest rules or in the declaration of compliance and release of liability, it is agreed that the releasors shall not be held liable for the following: a) any incomplete or inexact information, whether caused by the users of the contest website or by any programming or equipment associated with or used as part of the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur during input or processing of ballots; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to or modification of ballots or of the contest website; c) technical difficulties or problems occurring on networks or telephone lines, online computer systems, servers or suppliers, hardware and software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of an email to be received or sent by the Sponsor or any ballot to be input or recorded for any reason, including without limitation traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, or a combination of these elements; e) damage to the system of the participant or any other person caused by participation in the contest or uploading or downloading contest information; f) any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this contest, including without limitation errors in advertising, these official contest rules, the selection or announcement of eligible winners or the distribution of any prize; and g) any combination of these elements.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating in this contest, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the administration of the contest, in compliance with the Sponsor’s confidentiality policy. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the gathering, use and disclosure to the public of their name, address (city, province), oral statements, photos and representations for advertising purposes related to the contest in any medium or format whatsoever, including without limitation Internet, without prior notice, permission or remuneration. The personal information shall not be otherwise used or disclosed without prior consent.
8. RIGHT TO INTERRUPT, MODIFY OR END THE CONTEST: Sponsor[s] reserve[s] the right to terminate, amend or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules.
9. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: All decisions by the Sponsor or any contest supervisory body shall be final and without appeal with respect to all aspects of this contest, and all participants shall agree to comply with these official rules. The released parties shall not be liable for ballots that are illegible, incomplete, lost, sent with insufficient postage, misaddressed, affected by technical problems, errors or delays, which shall be considered null and void. The use of automatic systems is prohibited. All ballots become the property of the Sponsor; no acknowledgement of receipt shall be sent and no returns shall be made. No communication shall be established, except with the selected participants (or any other participant when deemed necessary by the Sponsor). The contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial legislation and all municipal regulations. In case of dispute as to the person having submitted a ballot, it shall be considered to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the email address indicated at the time of registration. “Authorized holder” is understood to mean the physical person assigned an email address by a supplier of Internet access, a supplier of online services or any other body authorized to assign email addresses for the domain associated with the email address submitted. Participants may have to provide to the Sponsor proof (in a format deemed acceptable by the Sponsor, including without limitation a government-issued photo ID) that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the registration in question.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to exclude from this contest and from any other future contest or promotion held by the Sponsor, any person guilty or suspected of trafficking the processing of ballots or the administration of the contest or the contest site, of violating the official rules or of acting unfairly or with the intention to harm, importune, torment, threaten or harass another person. ANY ATTEMPT ON THE PART OF A PARTICIPANT OR OF ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO HINDER THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LEGISLATION. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCURS, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Subject only to applicable legislation and to any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its exclusive and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to modify any date or deadline stated in these official contest rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verification of the compliance of any participant or ballot with these rules or because of technical or other problems or in light of any other circumstance that, in the opinion of the Sponsor and at their exclusive discretion, hinders proper administration of the contest in compliance with these official contest rules, or for any other reason.
In the case of any divergence or contradiction between the provisions in the French version of these official contest rules and the information documents or other statements contained in any document related to the contest, the provisions in the French version of the rules shall prevail, govern and take precedence in the full measure allowed by applicable legislation.
